Q: What can Options do to help me in my time of need?
A: At Options, we understand how helpless you and your loved ones may feel with the onset of memory loss and related symptoms. It is very difficult when we feel there is nothing we can do to alter our own health or the health of those we love. Perhaps you’ve been given various diagnoses or already received a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s from multiple physicians, which can cause fear and confusion.  Options Behavioral Health can assist during this tumultuous time.  We will stabilize your loved one physically, mentally and emotionally as quick as possible so they may return to the place they call home.

Q: My Mom knows something is wrong but is worried she won’t return home, how long would she be there?
A:Our focus is on you and your family member returning home as quickly as possible. Our average stay is 1-3 weeks with our interdisciplinary treatment team experienced in getting your loved one stabilized and helping them maintain their progress once they return home.

Q: I want to visit Dad as much as possible, do you allow that?
A: Yes, we have scheduled visiting hours. At Options Behavioral Health, we encourage a supportive environment for those who come to us for help and for their loved ones as they begin their journey toward healing.  Our facility is a two story, state-of the-art facility conveniently located off of I-465 on the Northeast side. We purposefully picked a location that allows convenient access from anywhere in the state for our clients to access.
